General FAQ
Q. How do I pay for the deal?
A. We accept bank deposits with YugaDeals “Banco de Oro” account. Paypal and credit card payments are also accepted with corresponding fees to be shouldered by buyer.
Q. How much should I pay to be counted on the deal?
A. Payment for the whole amount of the deal price is required to be counted.
Q. How do I claim my purchased deals?
A. All deal participants will be sent a unique voucher via email. Print the voucher when claiming package at designated distributor stores or present it with valid ID when receiving shipments.
Q. What if the deal has not activated?
A. Your payments will be converted to credits where you can use again for future deal purchases. Alternatively, you can request a refund and YugaDeals will send you a cheque (deposited to your named bank account) within 15 days after refund request.
Q. How about warranty claims?
A. Products are covered by warranty by distributor. Claims will need to be addressed directly to them. Contact information will be included in the deal vouchers emailed to buyers.
Q. What if I changed my mind and don’t want to participate?
A. You will need to submit a ticket if you want to withdraw from the deal. A re-stocking or withdrawal fee of 15% (based on deal price) will be deducted from your initial payment and refunds will be sent to you within 15 business days.
Shipment FAQ
How's shipping work?
YugaDeals partnered with 2Go and Xend as official courier. Shipping charges apply depending on location of the buyers and size of the package.
Customers need to present deal voucher and valid ID when receiving shipments.
Alternatively, customers may wish to pick-up their packages at the designated distributor warehouse during business hours. Details on pick-up schedules will be emailed along with the deal voucher.
How long before I receive my order?
As we are following a GROUP BUYING arrangement, we only start processing the orders and shipments after the end of the DEAL OFFER PERIOD. This is because we place the orders to the vendor all at the same time.
Within 2 business days after the end of the DEAL OFFER PERIOD, we consolidate all fully paid orders and submit to the vendor. The vendor in turn, requires 2 to 3 business days to process, pick, pack, label, and release the items to the client (or to the courier for delivery). At this point, the order is ready for PICKUP by the client or the courier. For orders requiring delivery, the courier would then deliver the item to your address within a few days depending on location.
Depending on the deal or vendor, the pick-up point location, pick-up schedule, timelines, and product availability may vary.
